At Universal Store India, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Certain items such as personal care, hygiene products, innerwear, and clearance items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process

Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Once we receive the product and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

If payment was made COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible for the same item in a different size/color (subject to availability).

If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible – you may request a return after delivery.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement/refund at no extra cost.
